Did not identify their company. They called a minor's cell phone. I told them it was a minor's cell phone and not to call it, and he was rude and said "You should not give a minor a cell phone" rudely and then hung up.

They then have to prior to rolling out the sales jargon give you the option of "opting out" of future harrassment if you so choose.
